Flycutting 1.5mm , to bring the compression back up to 10.5 to 1 , after unshrouding the valves and opening up the chambers Wedge Port style , they are now 50cc .

Machining down the head boss for clearance for the top barrel fin , when the heads have been flycut .

I've been making sub-frames for Joe's Beard seats . They are unbeateable for comfort and security whilst driving .

Joe's 2332 IDA engined Ghia is off to Bernard Newbury's on Tuesday , for trimming the rest of the interior to match the seats .
