JG54 Greenhearts

The JG54 'Green Hearts'* are a club for hardcore Cal-Look Volkswagens. Cars in the club must run quicker than 15.99 seconds in the 1/4 mile. The original JG54 '* Grünherz' were the elite Messerschmitt squadrons in World War II. Some of the highest scoring flying aces were in the JG54. What tyres are you running on the rear. I also have a 67, UK spec though and im worried about clearance on the rear arch with the longer shafts. Thinking 205/70/R15?

In reply to Paul Blake - you need to run short axles. The tyres on my '67 are Dunlops - from memory they're 205 65 15 SP Sport. They're not as tall as the 205 70s I tried and the feel a lot safer in a fast corner.
